Service Pricing
Process Server
Regular Service-$100 per address.
1st attempt typically made within 4 days of receipt of complete service packet with up to 4 attempts within 20 days.
Additional service packets delivered to the same address at the same time fee is reduced to $70 after the first packet at the regular fee.
Rush Service-$130 per address.
1st attempt typically within 4 hours of receipt of complete service packet with up to 4 attempts within 6 days.
Additional service packets delivered to the same address at the same time fee is reduced to $90 after the first packet at the regular fee.
Field Locate-$60 New address found in the field by process server or by skip trace.
Additional Attempts- This begins a new service for Regular or Rush services.
Out of Area Service Nationwide, standard operating area (Most of Dallas, Collin & Rockwall counties) anything outside of a 30 minute trip from our office.
Regular Service-$130 per address per trip.

Same Day Service- $30
This is an extra $30 on top of the Rush Service Fee.
Additional Fees If our server is required to pay additional fees such as parking, filing fees, court fees, or any other fees required to complete the service; these expenses will be considered in addition to the standard cost of service.
If third party server is used for service the fee will be the third party cost plus a $60 facilitation fee.
There is a transaction fee for debit or credit card payments and return check fee of $50.
Private Investigation
-Background Searches- These are digital searches which would includes identify verification, criminal history and property searches.
ADVANCED Search- $60
This is a simple search which would include current address, contact numbers, if there are any criminal offenses(no details). Additional Basic Searches are $30 each.
COMPREHENSIVE Search- $120+ $60 per hour after the first hour.(Client can dictate how much time to spend)
This search would contain any and all information that can be found by digital means. Additional Basic Searches are $40 each or Full Searches are $60 each.
$65 per hour for in person investigations
+$1 per mile
This service includes person/s location, business location, presenting documents to a person/s or business. Acquiring and/or providing photo, video, and audio evidence from locations or persons related to the investigation as requested.
A 3 hour minimum is required for this service if in the field. If our investigator is required to pay additional fees such as parking, filing fees, court fees, or any other fees required to complete the service; these expenses will be considered in addition to the standard cost of service.
There is a transaction fee for debit or credit card payments and return check fee of $50.
Notary Services
The State of Texas Government Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services. The table below list each notarial act and the state fee.

Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included) $150
